This enameled cast iron cookware is manufactured in the Invicta foundry and enameling plants established since 1924 in Donchery, in the French Champagne Ardenne region that is well known all around the world for its fine food and wine.
This fry pan is perfect for quick and easy meals. Its traditional design is ideal for searing and frying a variety of foods. The curved sides made it perfect for omelettes, frittatas and sauces, while the flat base provides maximum heat efficiency to ensure food is cooked evenly throughout the piece. Suitable for all cooking hobs including induction.
Dimensions measure 28cm in diameter and height of 5cm. Comes in red (exterior) and black (interior) finish. Product is made in France.
