The Chasseur range of superior quality enameled cast iron cookware is perfect for all cooks. This enameled cast iron cookware is manufactured in the Invicta foundry and enameling plants established since 1924 in Donchery, in the French Champagne Ardenne region that is well known all around the world for its fine food and wine.
The tajine is a conical casserole which has been used in Morocco for centuries to cook traditional recipes very slowly. The CHASSEUR tajine is made of a cast iron dish and a ceramic lid that gives optimum use thanks to the excellent heat distribution and resistance properties of the cast iron. The tajine is rigid and will not crack. It will keep dishes warm after cooking has been completed. Compatible with all cooking hobs including induction and oven.
