Preparation

1. Pour in 1 packet Chilliz Chicken Curry paste with 1kg chicken and 2 potatoes (both cut into bite size pieces). Mix well and saute with medium heat for 5 mins. 2. Add 200ml water, simmer with lid covered for 10-15 minutes till chicken and potatoes are cooked 3. Stir in 200ml coconut milk, bring to a quick boil. 4. Serve with rice, pasta or bread. Remark: In place of coconut milk, use plain yoghurt, milk or low fat milk
