1. Pour in 1 packet Chilliz Meat Curry paste with 2.2lbs (1kg) meat of your choice (chicken, lamb or beef, etc), 2 potatoes (both cut into bite-size pieces). Mix well and saute with medium heat for 5 minutes. 2. Add 200ml to 300ml water, simmer with lid covered for 10-15 minutes till meat and potatoes are cooked. 3. Stir in 200ml coconut milk, bring it to a quick boil. 4. Serve with rice, pasta or bread. Remark: In place of coconut milk, use plain yogurt milk of low fat milk.
