Preparation

  • • Fry:
  • 1. Fry the chicken at 175°C for 6 - 7 minutes until golden brown
  • 2. Drain on the paper towel
  • 3. Transfer to a bowl and allow to cool down until the Chicken turns crispy
  • 4. Add the Sauce to the Chicken and mix well to coat the Chicken evenly
  • 5. Serve immediately
  • • Air Fry:
  • 1. Air-fry the chicken at 200°C for 12 - 15 minutes
  • 2. Transfer to a bowl and allow to cool down until the Chicken turns crispy
  • 3. Add the Sauce to the Chicken and mix well to coat the Chicken evenly
  • 4. Serve immediately
  • • Oven:
  • 1. Oven bake the chicken at 250°C for 14 - 16 minutes
  • 2. Transfer to a bowl and allow to cool down until the Chicken turns crispy

  • 4. Serve immediately

Storage

  • • Keep frozen at -18°c or below
  • • Do not refreeze after defrosting
