Preparation
- • Microwave:
- 1. Put mandoo into microwavable container and cover it (Use 800 watt for 4 pieces in 1 minute 40 seconds; 6 pieces in 2 minutes 20 seconds; 8 pieces in 3 minutes)
- 2. Adjust heating time according to different quantity
- • Steam:
- 1. Pour water into steamer
- 2. Place frozen mandoo into steamer when water boils
- 3. Steam over medium heat for about 9 minutes with cover
- • Pan Fry:
- 1. Add oil into frying pan
- 2. Use medium heat to cook mandoo for 2 minutes
- 3. Pour water to cover the bottom of mandoo
- 4. Use medium heat and cover the pan
- 5. Cook till water evaporate and the bottom of mandoo become golden

Keep frozen at -18°C
