Preparation

  • • Microwave:
  • 1. Put mandoo into microwavable container and cover it (Use 800 watt for 4 pieces in 1 minute 40 seconds; 6 pieces in 2 minutes 20 seconds; 8 pieces in 3 minutes)
  • 2. Adjust heating time according to different quantity
  • • Steam:
  • 1. Pour water into steamer
  • 2. Place frozen mandoo into steamer when water boils
  • 3. Steam over medium heat for about 9 minutes with cover
  • • Pan Fry:
  • 1. Add oil into frying pan
  • 2. Use medium heat to cook mandoo for 2 minutes
  • 3. Pour water to cover the bottom of mandoo
  • 4. Use medium heat and cover the pan
  • 5. Cook till water evaporate and the bottom of mandoo become golden
