DEBO high quality carbon steel pan is designed for gas, induction and ceramic stoves. The Paddy pan is an one-piece mold production that promote even heat conductivity and fast heating capability. The Paddy pan is light-weighted, non-stick inside and outside which is really easy to clean after use. Pls note carbon steel is not suitable for induction hob. Carbon steel utensils are advised to open wok for best non-stick performance.
