PREPARATION
Heat-up Instruction: 1. Heat up water in a pot till boiled. 2. Add in 250g-300g fish slices and boil till cooked. Remove fish slices once cooked and set aside. 3. Mix 1 packet of Assam Paste with 220g water and bring to boil. 4. Add in fish slices into the boiled Assam Paste and stir for 30 seconds and it is ready to serve. *Add vegetables (e.g. lady's finger, tomato and eggplant) for a tastier touch!
