PREPARATION

Cooking Method(serves 5-6pax) 1. Defrost the original packaging completely in the chiller. 2. Put 600g of fish in boiling water until cooked. Remove fish and set aside. 3. Mix 1 packet of Curry Fish Sauce with 400g of water and bring to boil. 4. Add in 200g-250g coconut milk, stir well and bring to boil 5. Add the cooked fish into boiling curry gravy and bring to boil. Ready to serve! *Add tofu puff and vegetables(e.g. cabbage, brinjal, tomato and lady's finger) as you like! Perfect match with other seafood or noodles
