PREPARATION
Cooking method(serves 4-5pax)
1. Wash 250g deshelled prawns and 180g squid rings. Set aside.
2. Stir-fry 50g diced onions in vegetable oil on medium high heat.
3. Add seafood and stir-fry till almost cooked.
4. Add 1 pack of Fiery Sambal Sauce. Stir-fry till fragrant and ensure seafood is evenly coated.
*Toss with curry leaves, petai and diced red chilli for a tastier touch
