Soak organic raw peanuts in filtered water for a few hours or overnight and rinse it clean before cooking, boiling soup, or stew with lotus root or meat. Not safe to eat it raw due to risk of fungal infection by aflatoxin.
Storage
Store in cool, dry place. Refrigerate for storage longer than 2 months.
