1. Add a few teaspoons of cooking oil in a frying pan and put the frozen pancake into the pan without thawing. 2. Medium heat the oil and then change to low heat to fry the pancake until one side turns to golden brown color. Turn to fry the other side of the pancake until it turns to golden-brown color as well. 3. Avoid frying till it get burnt
Keep frozen at -18c or below, do not refreeze after defrosting
