1. Boil: Put frozen dumpling into the boiling water and stir about 1 minute. Boil for 6-8 minutes. When they start floating, add 1/2 cup of cold water. After the dumplings start floating again, repeat the process until the dumplings get plump. 2. Fry: Add some oil in the frying pan, add the dumplings to the pan, and add about 70ml of water to the pan. Cover, and cook on mudium heat until all the water evaporated. Turn to low heat and continue to fry until the bottom of the dumplings is golden and crispy. 3. Steam: Put the frozen dumplings in the steamer. After the water is boiling, steam with medium heat for about 10-15 minutes.
Keep frozen at -18c or below, do not refreeze after defrosting
