COUNTRY OF ORIGIN
1. Heat oil in pan and add in fenugreek, green chilli, shallots and curry leaves, then stir till fragrant
2. Add in curry mixture, tamarind juice, pounded onions and stir-fry briefly
3. Add 2 cups (500ml) of water and salt to taste, then stir well
4. Add in brinjal, tomatoes and ladyfingers, coconut milk and fish fillet
5. Then, cook for another 10 minutes
Refrigerate after opening
