Microwave: Fully thaw contents before heating. Place contents in a microwave safe container. Place lid loosely over container and heat. Stir the soup every 1-2 mins during the microwave process. Cooking Stove: Fully thaw contents before heating. Pour contents into a pot. Bring to boil over medium to high heat while stirring frequently.
Keep frozen at -18C. Once thawed, consume within 3 days.
