- • Onsite Water Kit installation required. $150 installation fee charged separately and directly to the contractor. Any additional request or extension, subject to extra charges.
- • Once the order is paid, contact the installer at +65 9108 0856 to schedule the onsite inspection and installation.
- • Do not open the water kit when you receive it and wait for the installer to inspect your location for feasibility.
- • We will send the Water Kit to you first via courier. We recommend do not open / unseal the box of water kit until the installer conducts the site inspection.
- • Once the installer conducted the inspection and it is deemed suitable for installation, he can carry out the installation on the day. If your site is not suitable for the water kit installation, you can return the water kit.
- • As long as items are fully sealed, we will be able to accept the return and refund your order.

- What are the factors needed while considering auto water kit?
- • The location you plan to install is at the same level as your flooring without barriers.
- • The location you plan to install should be within 4 meters from the water source.
- • The location you plan to install should be within 4 meters from the floor drain. (please ensure the floor drain is not more than 40cm from the ground)
- • The location you plan to install should have a power plug available. The distance between the robot vacuum and power plug should not exceed 1 meter. Extension cord option is possible.
- • We may drill a hole for piping during installation.
