Preparation
- • Deep Fry:
- 1. For best results, deep fry in preheat oil at a temperature of about 180°C for 1 - 2 minutes until golden brown
- 2. Serve on a bed of shredded lettuce and carrots garnished with shredded chilli
- • Soup:
- Boil the cuttlefish balls in soup for 10 minutes and serve with tofu and mushrooms
- • Grill:
- Grill or barbeque the cuttlefish balls with skewed onion chunks, shrimps, chicken or beef cubes
- • Saute:
- Saute with your favourite sweet and sour sauce serve with pineapple and capsicum
Storage
- • Keep frozen at -18°C
- • Once thawed, do not refreeze
