PREPARATION

• 1. Soak the FairPrice Rice Vermicelli in warm water for about 2-3 minutes, drain well and set aside
• 2. Stir-fry some garlic with a little oil till aromatic
• 3. Add ingredients (chicken, prawn, fish slices) of your choice and continue to stir-fry for 2-3 minutes
• 4. Add in the drained rice vermicelli and sauces of your choice and continue to stir-fry for a few more minutes
• 5. Garnish with spring onions or omelette and serve hot
