Before exposing adhesive, test the placement of the Sole Stopperz on the bottom of your shoes. Make sure shoe insole is clean and dry. Remove adhesive backing from the Sole Stopperz and position them carefully in place. Note: Adhesive is permanent; not recommended to remove and reuse.
