Preparation
Before exposing adhesive, test the placement of the Tip Toes in your shoes. Aim the widest part toward front of the shoe. Find the position that cushions you best, and check for fit. Make sure soe insole is clean and dry. Remove adhesive backing from Tip Toes, and position them carefully in place. Note : Adhesive is permanent; not recommended to remove and reuse.
