PREPARATION
- • Udon Soup:
- 1. Add Udon noodles and preferred seasoning to 250ml of boiling water
- 2. Cook for 2 minutes, ready to serve
- *Add your choice of meat and vegetables for better tasting noodles
- • Fried Udon:
- 1. Stir fry your choice of meat and vegetables in oil
- 2. Add a bit of salt and pepper
- 3. Add in the Udon noodles and stir fry on low heat for about 2 minutes
- 4. Lastly, add soy sauce and oyster sauce to taste, ready to serve
