KEY INFORMATION

Gruyere de Savoie is a high Alpine summer milk cheese made in the Hautes Savoie region of France. In terms of taste, it lies somewhere between Emmental and Comte. It is an extremely versatile everday cheese that is perfect for fondue, a cheese board or a humble sandwich. Although gentler in taste than an equivalent comte, this still has a pleasant sweetness and nuttiness being that this has a minimum age of 12 months made from exclusively summer milk.
