Use as a sugar replacement or brew as a herbal tea. As a sugar substitute, less is more. Start with the ratio of 1 : 2 teaspoons of sugar, adjust to taste. For tea concoction, simply add half a teaspoon of monk fruit powder to 220ml of hot water, stir well and enjoy. Add chrysanthemum flowers for added benefits.
