How to Use: 12 white edible gelatine sheets to gel with 1 liter of liquid. Soak required gelatine sheets separately for approximately 5-7 minutes in cold water. Remove and gently squeeze out excess water. Warm Dishes: Add squeezed out gelatine stirring until completely dissolved. Cold Dishes (i.e. Cream): Slightly heat squeezed out gelatine stirring until completely dissolved. Do not boil. Slowly add cold mixture to gelatine (MUST follow directions in this order). Cool mixture for at least 4 hours before serving.
Store in a cool and dry place, avoid direct sunlight.
