Preparation

1. Mix 1 packet of Gimson Nyonya Rendang with 600g of chicken/meat into wok and cook over low heat. 2. Add in 250ml of water, simmer over medium fire and stir occcasionally. Add in 200ml of coconut milk/milk and cook until chicken/meat is tender. 3. Add 50g of fried desiccated coconut and stir well. Serve hot with rice.
