PREPARATION

  • Preparation (serves 2 to 3)
  • • 1 packet Golden Chef Chef Series Singapore Chilli Crab Paste 250g
  • • 800g Crab
  • • 1 Large egg, beaten
  • • 100ml Water
  • Cooking Method
  • 1. Mix Golden Chef Chef Series Singapore Chilli Crab Paste and water in a pot and bring it to a boil. Set aside.
  • 2. In a separate wok, add the crab pieces and fry over high heat till fragrant.
  • 3. Add in the chilli crab sauce and coat the crab evenly.
  • 4. Gently add the beaten egg and stir well over medium heat till cooked.
  • 5. Ready to serve.

STORAGE INFORMATION

  • • Store in a cool dry place.
  • • Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours.
  • • Once heated, use immediately.
