PREPARATION

  • Oven/Toaster/Air Fryer
  • 1. Thaw the roast pork thoroughly.
  • 2. Remove the thawed roast pork from its vacuum packaging and wrap it with an aluminium foil, leaving only the skin unwrapped. Place it on an oven tray or in the air fryer.
  • 3. Preheat the oven or air fryer to 200°C and cook the roast pork for 10-15 minutes or until heated through and skin cracked.
  • Deep Fryer
  • 1. Thaw the roast pork thoroughly.
  • 2. Remove the thawed roast pork from its vacuum packaging and deep fry at 200°C for 3-4 minutes or until heated through and skin cracked.
  • Conditions may vary depending on the cooking equipment.

STORAGE INFORMATION

  • Keep frozen (-18°C & below).
  • Once thawed, do not refreeze. To be consumed within 3 days once defrosted.
