PREPARATION
- Pan-Fry
- 1. Fully defrost the satay meat chunks before cooking
- 2. Lightly oil the pan and heat it over medium-low heat
- 3. Stir fry the defrosted meat chunks for 6 minutes or until fully cooked
- Air-Fry or Oven-Grill
- 1. Fully defrost the satay meat chunks before cooking
- 2. Preheat the air fryer or oven to 200°C
- 3. Place the defrosted meat chunks in the air fryer or oven tray and cook for 10 minutes or until fully cooked
- Heating Instructions for Satay Sauce:
- 1. Fully defrost the satay sauce
- 2. Empty defrosted satay sauce into a pot and heat it over low heat for 2 minutes or until it simmers
- 3. If using the microwave, empty defrosted satay sauce into a microwave-safe bowl and heat it for 45-60 seconds or until thoroughly heated
- Serve cooked chicken satay with satay sauce alongside with slices of cucumber and onions.
