Preparation (serves 2)
• 1 packet Golden Chef Singapore Hainanese Chicken Rice Paste 80g
• 200g Long grain rice
• 230ml Water
Cooking Method
1. Wash rice once and drain well.
2. Pour rice and Golden Chef Hainanese Chicken Rice Paste into rice cooker and mix well. Add water. You may adjust the amount of water for different types of rice at your own preference. Stir well and cook the rice.
3. When rice is cooked, let it rest at 'Keep Warm' setting for 10-15 minutes.
4. Fluff rice. Ready to serve.
