PREPARATION

  • Preparation (serves 2 to 3)
  • - 1 packet Golden Chef Singapore Rojak Sauce 250g
  • - 150g Grated roasted ground peanuts
  • - 650g Fruits & vegetables (apple, guava, pineapple, cucumber), Chinese fried dough fritters (you tiao), fried beancurd puff (taupok)
  • Preparation Method
  • 1. Cut the fruits, vegetables, Chinese fried dough fritters and fried beancurd puff into bite-sized pieces. Place all cut ingredients in a large bowl.
  • 2. Add the Golden Chef Singapore Rojak Sauce. Toss thoroughly till all ingredients are evenly coated with the sauce.
  • 3. Sprinkle with roasted ground peanuts. Ready to serve.

STORAGE INFORMATION

Store in cool dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours.
