Premium round grain variety of Japanese Rice grown and cultivated in Vietnam. Soft and glossy sticky grains, versatile for many different types of cuisines other than Japanese dishes. Add 1.2 cups of water to 1 cup of rice and cook in rice cooker for consistency results. Fluff the rice when cooked and let it sit in the rice cooker for 20 minutes before serving.
