ZENXIN Organic Baby Kailan is just like the regular Kai Lans except that they are harvested earlier, lending themselves a smaller stem length and a much less fibrous texture. They have high levels of vitamin C and A, providing the antioxidants that we need on a daily basis. They are sweet and crunchy, best prepared through stir frying.
