Good Nature Organic Long Beans have a much longer pod than other bean types, with a matching green coloured pod and bean. The pod itself is firm but flexible and the beans remain crunchy even after cooking. They are nutritious, being a good source of protein and vitamin A and C. They can be added into stir fries, salads or stewed as they hold their shape and texture well.
