Good Nature Organic Yellow Capsicum is part of the capsicum/ chilli family but are the only variety that contains virtually no spicy capsaicin. They are able to have such a bright yellow colour simply because they are left on the plant longer before picking. They are glossy and smooth-skinned. They can be 3 to 4 lobed fruits, belonging to the capsicumannum species. They are milder in taste than green capsicum, and so are known as sweet peppers.
