PREPARATION
- • Japchae(Korean stir-fried glass noodles)
- 1. Boil the noodles for 6-7 minutes. Drain and rinse in cold water. Cut with scissors if too long.
- 2. In a pan, stir-fry vegetables and beef with a bit oil and soy sauce and set aside.
- 3. In the same pan, stir-fry the noodles with the sauce until evenly coated.
- 4. Add the cooked veggies and beef back in. Toss everything together.
