PREPARATION
- 1. In a large bowl, combine 200g of Korean pancake mix with 320ml of cold water, and mix lightly until smooth. (Serves 2)
- 2. Slice ingredients such as kimchi, zucchini, green onions, and seafood into bite-sized pieces, and add them to the batter. Mix well.
- 3. Lightly oil a preheated frying pan, pour in the batter, and spread it evenly. Cook over medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
