We ensure all customers receive a new bicycle when purchased from our shop. Change of mind/ return fraud cases will not be entertained. • Trifold bicycles across all brands uses v-brakes. If your v-brakes is out of alignment (Be it cable pulled accidentally during folding and unfolding process , or some random object hit your vbrakes pads accidentally, causing it to be out of alignment, you will just have to re-adjust its position. This is not a defect but basic fine tuning of bike.
