A tempting dish of stir-fried crab, tossed with Chilli and Tomato paste for a satisfying, mouth-watering meal.

Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a wok, add 1 packet of Hais Instant Chilli Crab Paste and stir-fry tilt fragrant. Add crab to the mixture and fry for a short while before adding 300ml of water and tomato. Cover the wok and cook for 10 minutes with medium heat. Add in egg and spring Onion and stir-fry for just few seconds before serving. The sweet aromatic sauce is best favoured with deep-fried mantou (Chinese steamed bun).
