PREPARATION
- • Cooking Instructions (2 pax):
- 1. Add 1 tablespoon of oil to frying pan
- 2. When heated, add in a pack of 50g chicken curry paste and stir fry for 30 seconds
- 3. Add in 300g of chicken and stir fry in medium heat for 2 minutes
- 4. Add a medium size potato (cut into approx 3cm bite sizes) and 150ml of water, stir well
- 5. Bring to boil and let it simmer in low heat for 25 minutes
- 6. Add in 75ml coconut cream and bring to boil
- 7. Transfer to bowl and serve
