PREPARATION
- • Cooking Instructions (1 pax):
- 1. Add 1 tablespoon of oil to frying pan
- 2. Add in a packet of 50g laksa paste and stir fry for 30 seconds
- 3. Add 350ml of water, mix well and let it boil over medium heat for 15 minutes
- 4. Add in 100ml of coconut cream, mix well and bring to boil over high heat
- 5. Prepare the rice noodles, cooked prawns, bean sprouts and boiled eggs in 1 bowl
- 6. Pour the laksa broth into a bowl and serve
