  • PREPARATION

    Deep Fry:
    1. Pre-heat cooking oil to 160°C to 170°C
    2. When oil is hot, reduce the heat slightly, then immerse fuzhou fishballs completely
    3. Fry for 4 to 5 minutes until golden brown
    For Soup:
    Boil fuzhou fishballs and turn it over occasionally until golden brown
    Grill:
    1. Pre-heat oven or toaster to a moderate temperature
    2. Put in fuzhou fishballs and turn it over occasionally until golden brown
    Others:
    Cooking time may vary due to different equipment and cooking styles used

    • Once thawed, do not refreeze
