Hiramine Torch Aloe Sweet Vinegar is a new type of sweet and sour syrup which is made by fermenting whole Kidachi (Torch) aloe cultivated without pesticides and chemical fertilizer from Koshiki Island. The sweet and sour notes makes it perfect for drinks, but also as a seasoning to bring out the richness of daily recipes. Torch aloe is rich in vitamins and minerals and has high antibacterial activity. In addition, it has been used traditionally for intestinal regulating effect. On Koshiki Island, it has been popular as a protector of the house from the winter monsoon and as a substitute for medicine for stomach aches and issues. Dilute 5 times with water or carbonated water. Add to shochu with water or hot water. Or use as sweet and sour sauce for cooking (chicken nanban, pickled silver-stripe round herring, pickles, etc.)
