PREPARATION
- 1. Deep-fry chicken at 180°C for 4 minutes / Air-fry at 180°C for 8 minutes and set aside.
- 2. Heat up wok and add in sauce (optional: to add a tablespoon of water to thin the sauce).
- 3. As soon as sauce starts to simmer, transfer chicken into the wok and toss gently to coat (optional garnish: sliced chilli, fried curry leaves).
STORAGE INFORMATION
Keep frozen. Do not re-freeze once thawed.
