- • To Steam:
- 1. Steam 600g of fish for 10 minutes
- 2. Pour in 1 packet Ikan Brand paste
- 3. Let it steam for another 5 minutes
- • To Fry:
- 1. Stir-fry 600g of prawn, squid or chicken together with 1 packet of Ikan Brand paste for 15 minutes
- 2. Continue cooking until seafood is cooked
