PREPARATION

  • • To Steam:
  • 1. Steam 600g of fish for 10 minutes
  • 2. Pour in 1 packet Ikan Brand paste
  • 3. Let it steam for another 5 minutes
  • • To Fry:

  • 2. Continue cooking until seafood is cooked
