KEY INFORMATION
Our new Decaf Colombian Medium Roast just without all of the caffeine. This staple of coffee roasts has been decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process Method void of chemicals a water process that uses hot water to plump up the beans and allow the caffeine to be gently extracted. This resulting coffee does not cup like a decaf! It is clean and bright, with full, lingering body. It possesses honey-like sweetness and pleasingly tart elements. It is full of complex flavor notes not usually found in decaffeinated coffees. Honey-like sweetness and pleasingly tart elements.
