Harvested from the cold, clear Seas, our scallops are all natural without additives. Each has been individually quick frozen-at-sea to preserve its fresh delicate flavour, ensuring minimum shrinkage for a greater cooked yield.

Thawing instruction: 1. The best way to defrost frozen sea scallops is to place them in the chiller section of the refrigerator at (5-10C) overnight. Do not thaw scallops at room temperature. 2. Take the scallops out of the package, rinse lightly and pat dry with paper towels before cooking.
Keep frozen at -18C. Do not refreeze once thawed.
