From the house of Nakamo, this is the famous miso from Aichi prefecture. This is a high quality Akadashi miso made from carefully selected Japanese Daizu soybeans, carefuly aged in the Tokai region, added with premium katsuo bushi bonito flakes and Japanese konbu kelp, creating rich flavors of dried bonito and umami of kelp. You can use this product to make soo delicious miso soup! (wink)
