This is a tempura flour mix made with special flour derived from the center of wheat in order to bring out flavour of ingredients. This flour mix is with powdered yolk, which adds tasty and crunchy texture to your tempura. Simply by mixing with water, you can now easily make tasty and crispy tempura.
