This is a tempura flour mix made with special flour derived from the center of wheat in order to bring out flavour of ingredients. This flour mix is with powdered yolk, which adds tasty and crunchy texture to your tempura. Simply by mixing with water, you can now easily make tasty and crispy tempura. How To Make: 1) 100g powder with 150ml water, egg yolk is not needed as powdered yolk is already added. 2) Heat frying oil to 160 - 180 degrees 3) Deep fry your battered prawns till its golden and when oil has is bubbling lesser it is the perfect time to take the prawn out!
