The highly durable inner tray is made of food safe 304 stainless steel, and features 2 compartments: one for rice and one for sides, salads and fruits. The outer tray is made of high quality PP (polypropylene) which is BPA-free and food safe as well, which means the inner tray can be removed to safely store bigger portions of food.
